Individuals

A one-on-one counselling session. These sessions are offered in person, virtually or over the phone

Initial Consultation: 15-minutes free of charge.

50-minute session: $150

We also offer 75, 90 and 120 minute sessions.

Relationships

A session conducted between a therapist and two or more individuals in relationship (monogamous, poly, open). These sessions are offered in person, virtually or over the phone
